I am doing some recruiting, but before I waste my company's money on websites no one uses can you guys tell me where you go to find jobs? Whether as an O/O or a company driver, I need both. Keep in mind I'm with a small company (50 trucks), so I don't have as much word of mouth referral as big places.

Also, work the phone. 90% of my class just got their jobs through recruiters contacting the program administrator directly...

I can't hire new guys. I would if I could, lot's of guys I know could use the opportunity but my company insurance requires 2 years experience. We're on craigslist, but it doesn't generate many leads and the ones it does don't even have CDLs.

The best jobs are the ones that never get advertised! What type of company is it?
    As for your question.... bubbajunk.com everytruckingjob.com? 1099trucker.com

My company is in the petrochem industry, hotshot type. We have mostly company drivers in tractors and a few tractor O/o, then some smaller trucks all the way down to pick ups. It's about 50/50 local/otr. The company has been small but recently got a lot more business and needs more drivers and O/O to take the loads. We're turning down $150,000k a month, sucks.

I am currently using JobSpider. com and TruckingHires. com they're nice websites, and free to post ads but I haven't gotten an applicants from them. I think they need to advertise more, but I guess since they're free they can't afford to lol.

Indeed.com , I search it first when in need ! Craigslist is getting to be a joke , to much fraud going down there .
