MC# 136553...if you use this to look at our SMS scores, our HOS score is inflated because a trooper attributed another company's 69 point violation to our score, 2nd one listed, it should be back to what it is supposed to be withing the next month.

I am happy to answer any questions anyone has about my company.

    Mr Pape

As a very small company owner I would like to thank you for the continued responses you have given about your company. Being 5 years old we are trying to build a great company. I have been reading your responses and taking note on your being forthcoming with answers to questions posed. I believe in this philosophy and it is great to see that that I'm not alone. Continued success sir. Jim 307 Inc

Thanks, Jim. I appreciate the compliment. The key to long term success (especially for small companies) in this industry is great drivers. Be honest. Great drivers are intelligent, responsible and professional and should be treated as such. Just because it may not be standard industry practice doesn't make it wrong. I wish you the best of luck in building your business. If you ever have any questions, I would be happy to try to answer them.

    Hi Mr Pape,

I am interested, and called your number above, unfortunately, I did not know which extension to press. If you are interested in a recent grad (this week), and still need a driver. Please PM me.

We don't hire recent grads. We prefer at least a year experience driving in all weather conditions, but have accepted very good candidates with a 6 months. On a side note, it doesn't show much ambition/desire to a potential employer if you give up because you don't know what extension to push.
