I told you she isn't your typical recruiter! She's a truck driver who happens to now be recruiting. She's the same as me, brutally honest, take it or leave it!
Glad to hear you got hooked up with her.

Well D Havens glad you said you like to be brutally honest, So Ill do the same. You see I use to work for Nabors myself, pretty much taught myself to run one of your vacuum trucks, And Ill qoute one of your veteran drivers ("They are throwing you to the wolves") meaning the lack of training that I recieved.
Next was the winch truck when I got to haul skid mounted frac tanks again pretty much self taught no problem I like a good challenge and trust Nabors provides that with the crappy equipment they give you.
Oh yea earned my white hard hat in two months because they needed a driver to deliver on a site that required drivers to have six months experience. I call that lying to the customer. And that was approved by a manager and a pusher.
So when one of your "HR" people called me up for a exit interview, I summed it up this way, If someones looking for poor management and poor equipment Ill send em Nabors way!
So Mr. Havens please take a break from Houston and get out in the patch, and really see whats going on.
On the flip side, I have to thank Nabors, because it made over the road really look good.
My understanding nabors kinda put a gag order on there drivers, from posting, so why dont you follow suit.iroquois Thanks this. -

Mr Havens, I believe you worked on rigs, correct me if Im wrong, or are you a cdl driver with oil field driving experience? I applaud you for your time in the patch, but sir this is the "Truckers Report"
If you took my post as hostile I apoligize I was just being brutally honest.
Im not on the dime here Mr Havens as you are, my concern not only with your company and others selling themselves for something they are not, youve posted your ad looking for drivers, I say good luck to you and your company, I always like to hear both sides of the story which I have just giving a small portion of my time with Nabors.
You use this site to recruit drivers, It doesnt cost Nabors a dime other then your salary while you set behind your puter and type away. But trust me my friend theres nothing free in life.
I operated a vac trk, winch trk and kill trk for Nabors, Ive been a member of this site for almost a year, and Ive posted less then ten times, and trust me Ive read some crap on here from oilfield internet truckers that still has my head shaking, so I post in hopes that reality prevails.
When I made the decision to leave Nabors I took the time to type out a two week letter of resignation, turned it in to my pusher on a fridaymorning, And worked two days of my notice and as I realize now only because they needed a kill truck driver and had nobody else, when the other driver came back my pusher told me he had turned in my resignation to HR on a Tuesday afernoon, and Nabors policy was no one works a notice, and they did not need me anymore, which is nice other then the fact I had paid for my room based on my two weeks notice.
Im sure glad you got them new trucks, but drivers ask yourselve one question, Why is Nabors always looking for help?
Mr Havens I want to thank you for pushing my button, and being brutally honest, as unlike you Im not collecting a paycheck for posting my honesty on here, I just believe theres always two sides to the story. -
