Hi, I used to be leased to jones. I was on there percentage pay van division, but if I remember the Harbor Freight account was paying 96 cents mile and was out of Texas, like I said If I remember right. I thought they were good to work with, the only reason I left was due to a health condition and had to sell my truck. Hope this helps.apyles Thanks this.

The recuriter i talked to said the there was a straight pay or percentage. I guess I they are hiring out of memphis Tn, Running from the Dillon Sc area to southern California. How long ago was it that you were leased to them?

I was running for them back in 2010, so a good bit may have changed, like I said I thought they were ok. I was out of there Springcity PA office. When I was with them on the percentage pay I had to get my own trailer, dont know if that is still the same though.Wanderer1 Thanks this.

I was leased to Jones Express '07/'08. Did the Harbor Freight account (mileage) out of Oxnard, Ca. Lived in Kingman, Az. at the time. So, loaded every Monday evening at 6pm in Oxnard, delivered Thursday morning, usually OKC, but sometimes San Angelo/Austin/Houston. If doing OKC, was home Tuesday morning for about 4-5 hours. Then re-loaded anywhere from Tx/Ok/Ks. back to So Ca. for Monday delivery, getting home usually Friday night late for the weekend. So, I got about 2700 mi. for the week, but was home weekends and Tuesday morning briefly. I did have to get creative at times with the log book. Jones does something with Harbor freight out of S.C. as well. I liked Jones.
