Driver fails DOT English proficiency standard.

Comes into a -10 facility with a trailer 20+ degrees.

Asked to leave multiple times until he is pre cooled, argues with staff and becomes hostile even though there are 2 truck stops less than a mile away.

Instead of leaving he decided to do multiple Uturns in and out of the facility exit/enterance gates.

This is where English proficiency comes into play.

The driver thought "please leave the property until you are precooled" meant continue to make dangerous uturns across 4 lanes of active travel until his trailer is pre cooled.

Unfortunately this facility that rhymes with bestley is complicit with allowing oos trucks and drivers to take loads, i have seen drivers that legitimately do not speak or read a lick of English with blown trailer air bags, be allowed to pick up a load.

The only saving grace is, every single truck and broker associated with JOT services inc will now be banned from all properties.

This is a major foods producer, it would be wise to not associate yourself with JOT services Inc and risk being banned.

 

Nope, im a contractor.

I get to do the fun stuff when drivers become hostile thinking they can walk all over people.

Im in a big rig just like they are, so their bully tactics dont work.
