Trilleth, are you hauling, (U actually driving), now?
Chris is back in OR, the truck is getting it's mirror repaired. Then Chris will be bk out on the 48. -
Nope. Didn't pass again. I get to start all over from scratch.
Is Chris back on the road now? How is your journey going? -
Chris and Randy, (Chris' trainer), had a delayed night. Even though this is a brand new truck they had to take the truck to Salem to get a few things fixed. But now they are back out on the asphalt.
I got word from Chris, last night, that they are headed to Michigan, a three day trip. This am they were in Idaho and heading for Utah.
Chris was informed, (by Randy), that I can't have my CD L's while on the truck with him, D.O.T rules, so I need to wait to do my testing.
I don't quite understand that, but I guess I'll put a hold on that for the time being.
More updates to come. . . -
What does, "start from scratch" actually mean?
Yea, Chris is bk. on the road, they are headed to Michigan. This am they were in Idaho and heading for Utah.
He told me that his trainer informed him that I couldn't have my CDL's while on the truck w/him. He says D.O.T. law, which I don't understand. So I'm going to hold off on my training until I'm with Chris then when I'm ready to go to school I'll go take my CDL test. -
What exactly do you mean by this? I don't think this makes any sense, unless I misunderstand it, just curious, if you don't mind explain it for the blond girl please.

Just caught this thread - <waving hi> - Hi from another half of a team!! Klingon is my other half and he has been driving solo for a couple months as I went through schooling and training... I passed my up grade and I'm waiting for him to get to SLC so I can hop on his truck - Woo Hoo!! So happy to see another H/W team joining the ranks
we are driving for CRS.
-
What does that mean, about not having your CDLs? *frowns* I don't remember anything about that...
-
Bleh. It means I went back in and had to do the permit testing all over again today. Then I'll have to retest pre-trip, brakes, and in-cab. THEN I get to go back to my beloved (sarcasm alert) skills test and the infamous alley dock.

Glad Chris is getting road time... just gotta get you out there with him!

I'm sorry to hear that! So, R U currently driving w/Ur hubby tho?
