    I'm surprised that more carriers were not included in the suit. Pretty much all of the training carriers have done business this way... :-/

    Based upon financial and investment disclosures mandated by the SEC, the suit was filed in late December of last year, and is only one in a long line of similar suits, filed in various jurisdictions, over the years.

    It seems especially common to file these in California.

    Class action suits rarely result in big money for anyone but the attorneys. I wouldn't count on Julian being able to retire any time soon...

    It says that he wasn't paid for "riding in the truck, studying, and other productive tasks." I don't think any training companies pay any of that. Idk, seems like someone is always trying to sue Swift.
