Guess it's not for idiots. First time I tried without stretching before and after. Couldn't walk for a week.

I learned about stretching the hard way.

You're not supposed to use your heels anyway. You're supposed to use your toes/balls of toes.

Are you a grampa trucker who speaks wothout actual knowledge?

I have seen a driver churning away on a stationary bike in his truck. He had it inbetween the front seats.

Actually I'm not , I was asked about jump rope and I said I thought it was a great workout. I have been boxing most my adult life which adds up to 20 yrs total . So no I'm not a old grandpa trucker , did 4 rounds ring work and 8 rounds heavy bag today not to mention 15 minutes of jump rope to warmup the temp in the gym was °95 dont try this at home .

I would be like Uncle Rob in this video, only worse because I would be covered in stale piss after I biffed it in the truck stop parking lot.

I own a jump rope but I gotta tell ya doing flatbed is the only exercise you need; I mean I guess if you’re a real bad a you can secure your load and jump rope at the same time

I did! I have an A.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Management. I did 15 years in the casino business and then decided to quit because I wanted to see the country. LOL. I left a career that I loved where I was making 80K a year, to be a trucker! And you know what? I LOVE it. I wish I would have done this straight out of school. I would be a retired millionaire today. Oh well...I can't understand why a majority of truckers hate their occupation so much. The road is my sanctuary from an otherwise insane world. I guess that if one HAS to do something to survive, as opposed to WANTING to do something out of pure desire, then the vitriol that they may have towards their chosen occupation is understandable, whatever that occupation may be.

I guess I’m the only one that noticed the ‘distraction’ that walked thru that side door about the 1:20 mark of the video? It’s a welcome distraction for sure.
