They are not in every truck. Not sure on the percentage that do have them though

I hear some have them only on BAD drivers LOL. Sure would stink having a camera then.

The cameras were all volunteers I think it was 75-100 trucks, according to here say there very expensive to have and maintain.

They started on a volunteer basis, but no one in their right mind would be volunteering to be recorded by a stranger whenever they wanted to see you. Since millis didn't get many volunteers they started just randomly calling trucks into the shop and forcing them to have a camera installed. This had nothing to do with your driving history, it was random. Drivers that's been here 10 years accident free and drivers that's been here 10 months with a few accidents.

That's what I was kind of thinking? Who would volunteer to begin with. So has anyone heard anything if the future holds cameras in all the trucks? Or is is still a testing phase

Hi Samurai, I am going with Roehl 90% since they have a drop yard right in Akron 14 miles from my home. Since you have experience you might want to look into Panther or RT80 Trucking. Both are local companies that drive all 48 or dedicated regional etc. Places to live, stay west or south best choice unless you go far east. North has nice areas but then you are getting close to Cleveland burbs. Ken Stewarts and Habachi are two of the best places to eat in Akron as well.

Smokin thanks. i already ate at Ken Stewarts and it was amazing although it was very expensive. The house we found is on the west side of akron.
