So are you saying your are team driving with your trainer? I thought you were on the same clock and it was about training not making money for the trainer. I'm confused.
I've been back and forth on whether to go with TMC, Maverick, or even Schneider since they have a local run here..... I have the GI Bill so I'd be stupid not to take a company that is in with the VA on that BAH deal. Well how is it going there now? I just read this thread but the updates stopped 2 weeks ago.
One more question to any TMCers on here since my CDL school was visited by a recruiter today. His writing on the board was hypothetical but what is the real average load value and miles? Today he put up a 450mile load that pays 960 therefore being paid 26% comes out to 250 dollars. Is this really "average" or fantasyland? Also, the recruiter said that all trucks will have APU's but I've been reading otherwise. After listening to the TMC recruiter I went from not considering TMC to thinking it seems to be a good deal with that 10% match on the IRA but how much of this is real and does the ESOP really have a real value or is this just a ploy to boost the owners overall income?
