I agree but the difference here is we are considered professional in the eyes of the law but not in the eyes of the government where as pay equals the title. Any other job that has professionals are paid accordingly however we are looked upon as anyone can do your job and paid that way. That's because no one has the balls to stand your ground and demand unity and pay that commiserates with the title so you end up with what you will put up with.
