Just Curious

I was always buying a DVD here and there. When I cleaned my truck out I had 300 of them.

If I had free time and was in the right place I would go get in a poker tournament. 2005 I had the perfect driving job and got to play every week. I made more that year playing poker than I did driving. Of course all good things come to an end.

A driver always has to be prepared for that layover, detention, snow storm or other problem. You have to be self sustained to be comfortable. Motel 6 had nothing on my truck.

With an APU and big inverter your options are endless. I'd say most on here are internuts. Some are into gaming. Some sit in the driver's seat after driving all day and stare at the activity in the parking lot.

Then there is always that strange weird trucker that has an on going relationship with a blow up doll. jk

 

Finally, one of you admits having one in your truck. LOL

 

Or you do like i do on nice days with down time get out the buffer and wax and metal polish and clean up the large car. And do an interior detail. Of course i admit i have ocd when it comes to neatness and cleaning. Keeps dot of your back as well. To answer someones inevitable ?. Yes i do run 3500 to 3800 mi a week on avg and still find the time to keep it clean. Better than just sitting and watching the idiot box

 

Maybe he/she burnt hours sitting at a shipper/receiver??

 

why a dvd player. when the laptop has a dvd player.
