Was just a few weeks ago the wife was eating an avacado and said how she's eating healthy not to get fat. I told her if she doesn't want to get fat you better put that avocado down. We always had a big bowl on the counter full with them now the bowl sits empty. Now I regret saying anything about them![]()

I got the opposite problem of everyone else..super skinny. Was 160lbs my entire life until I started driving otr then lost a bunch of weight.
I did some research on foods that would help me gain weight and avocado's were on the short list with beans, nuts etc.
Did construction all my life so I think what I really lost was muscle weight. I'm so fluffing out of shape it's unbelievable. Did two laps in the pool yesterday and today I'm sore and could hardly walk when I got out of bed this morning.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
