    One concern I have with the application is that I'm giving out three names and numbers for references. Just got to thinking if my references got called by 20 companies in a day or two, that would be extremely irritating. Hopefully the companies are discerning enough to not do that.

    It hasn't been an issue yet, but I'm putting a hard cap on the number of trucking companies that will receive each resume at a maximum of 10. Most job sites shotgun the resume to all the companies in their database, but I think it's better to find just the 10 that are custom fit to a particular driver's job application. No point to talking with 60 companies if 50 of them aren't the type of place you'd want to work for or wouldn't hire you without experience.

    Nope, we aren't set up with Schneider. And that life insurance call definitely isn't related to us, we only pass your job application directly to the recruiting department at whichever companies match with your application.
