Hey there, first post here. Just picked up a used Stryker 497. It has been peaked and tuned. What's my next step? Obviously antenna, coax and mirror mount (going on Kw W900). Can y'all recommend exact antenna, coax, mount, mic, etc.? I'm looking to get everything I need in one shot and do this right the first time. I'm a regional driver across NE PA, upstate NY and VT. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you! Also, once it's all put together this week, I'm going to need help actually get it to work right. Thanks.
It sounds like you are new to cb radio. The best thing for you would be to find a reputable cb shop in your area, and have them install your antenna system for you. I’m not familiar with the cb shops in the NE, but maybe someone who does, will post the name of a good shop for you.
