"not following electronic signal" and "impeding traffic"
I missed the sign, that was no where even close to the exit, and couldn't have cleared the turn anyways. Waited for turn signal through 3 cycles, and traffic was too heavy.
Any advise? Thanks.

All I can say is with more time you will learn not to miss anything, your brain is the most important tool you have. Train yourself to see every sign of all types all the time, not to mention it's part of your job. Use this as a learning experience, than move on. good luck

Throw money at the problem. It'll go away.

If I were you, I would get on the phone to a lawyer that deals with CDL tickets. Even if he can't get the tickets dismissed, he can get them reduced to non-moving violations so it won't hurt your driving record. I have done that with a couple of speeding tickets.
Thanks

Speak to a professional ticket fighter. Learn something from the experience. You are a better driver for learning something here.

Throwing money at the problem will not make it go away. Learn from your mistakes but if u care about your license look into hiring an attorney and fighting it.

Many traffic tickets you can fight and get reduced to protect your driving record. Something like this I doubt there is no reducing or getting out of. You could hire a lawyer and a common tactic is keep putting the court date off and hope the officer doesn't show up is the only hope.
Truck drivers see anything and everything. You have to improve your scanning abilities. You are new and you will get better at it. Sign, sign everywhere sign and you should know what everyone says or like this one you'll find yourself in a pickle.
I take it you took a highway exit and at top of the ramp was no left turn? That case you make your right turn and find you a parking lot to get turned around in. That or go straight across and get back on the highway and get turned around at the next exit. Then you will be set up for a right turn on the other side. You don't ignore the signs to fix problems.
Remember after conviction or admission of guilt by paying the fine you are required by law to report the event to your home DMV.

Yeah, fight everything. Even if the officer shows up, more times than not, the judge will reduce the find, withhold adjudication and assess no points. As long as it was a no harm no foul situation.
