Casual feeder FT. Just got done with training, setting up doubles, hauling doubles, containers, dry vans, etc. They have their UPS "way" and I'm not knocking it. Sups are strict on safety which is a plus, but other than that it's pretty laid back, no touch, pick up and go wash rinse repeat. Easiest job I ever had and the pay is stupid good. The old guys are leaving and spots are opening up so I should be good. They need drivers. Just have to have endorsements, clean MVR, and no felonies. One year experience preferred or mandatory I forget.
It is an easy job. Just keep your head down, stay off everyone's negative radar, do absolutely everything they ask you to do as safely as possible, and you're golden. It's an easy job if you are diligent and simple. They tell me to do the thing, I do the thing. If you have to ask 100 questions, and why you should have to do something in the first place, and complaining about the weird hours, and just generally whining and causing drama... You're not going to have a good time.
I'll do everything in my power to safely get the job done, I'm not gonna whine unless they got cheese.
