Could go back in the ambulance, but I was burned out of it after 18 months of working and the remainder of the day and night on call. Could not even go for a walk in the neighborhood.

The problem with this is you are saying "driver X got away with it, so why can't I?" I have never seen a place where that argument works. You can never asume you can get away with something that violates company policy simply because you "know someone else gets away with it."

 

The one word that seems to have been missed is he's a Dedicated driver. I would assume that added to the issue.

I still think we are not hearing the real issue(s) but that's just me.

I agree with what is said here. Yall should check it out. I can see why that is unacceptable.

 

It's very unfortunate this happened at all, but from my time here Millis is very big on communication. I don't know what exactly transpired but I would say for any "newbie" or driver otherwise, communication is key. I have never found them to be anal on anything as long as it's communicated. I hope you find something soon to keep you trucking.

It was very big of you to admit your mistakes and not just bash Millis. With the "good karma" thing going for you it will work out.

 

Its their truck and fuel...all u need to to is ask, I've never been told no, but I ask. I see drivers going all over the place. Ill tell u right now there's more to this story in my opinion. Never saw a post from this guy until this thread,
