    Gonna chime in here. Just had a load from Richmond WI going to Toano VA. 968 miles paid, took me about 120 extra miles to get it there as there isn't a direct route there if you don't pick up the PA turn Pike at the Ohio line which we can't do. Didn't hear a peep from dispatch about the extra miles ran. Its a little different than OP's case but if you have to run extra miles to get a load where its going it happens. If you run extra miles for no reason then I can see a problem.
