    if a cop wants to be a dick u can still tecnically get a ticket for 1-5 over the limit but i've only seen that once the fmcsa rule just means u wont get csa point for that 1-5 as for me whatever i can get away with 5-10 over in most states but in the 75mph states i keep her right at 75-78 i try not to go over that cuz im running low pro tires on my step deck dont need to be tearing them to shreds now
