Did you try Duie Pyle?
-
Yeah I tried them, they don't hire into their apprentice/driving school. They only hire within their company they said.Hardworkerforlife and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

Where about West? I'm all about going to get the best job experience. Thankfully I'm fortunate enough to be able to go to wherever I can at this time. I'm still undecided about the Schneider Tanker or the Western opportunity. I spoke with another company out of jersey city but they told me to get back to them after I have my twic.
FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
Alright cool I appreciate the advice I'll definitely look out that way. That's alot closer than what I thought you meant lol.
FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
I offer this food-for-thought; love God more than anything, be humble, be grateful. Late at night when you’re driving alone with your thoughts, talk to God. He listens.giroux320 Thanks this.

I worked for Schneider many years ago. In fact I started in an IC cabover with them. Way back then the were tops. The finest operating centers with Showers, great cafeterias and good comradery. They had dry vans, flat beds and tanks. Tanks were first and built the company. They have deteriorated over the years; closed many great oc’s And sold their flatbed division. They still have tanks though and could be a good start for a newbie. Get a year there then get. Keep your CDL clean. Believe in yourself. There is no such thing as luck: Lack of Understanding and Coherent Knowledge, so I ask God to bless you.
