    beats me? my instructors told me mine was good for a year. some guys left the school in the morning of the day we graduated and got thiers.

    Good question Chris. I'm guesing it's just administrative lag time, although here in WI., I took eval in while it was still warm and they took my money, reclassified me, shot a new photo, and issued the plastic. Curious... I take it you really aren't legal to drive until you get your plastic..?
