Private school is the way to go. You'll be free to go anywhere you want when you're done and as long as you keep a clean dMV record you'll get lots of pre hires...

 

11-1/2 years ago? You should be fine. General rule of thumb is to not accrue more than three points within a three year period. If all you have is a couple speeding tickets from over a decade ago, I'd say you're doing pretty well. Those shouldn't even show up on your MVR.

 

Razor, Check into an OTR company that is really into teams...like Werner or FFE. If your wife wants to hit the road with you and leave MN, then what are you waiting for? A company like Stevens Transport will go out of their way to keep you outta your home state. If momma is into trucking, and you don't care about hometime, then you are starting out in the right gear....just drop and go. But DON'T goto CR England...haha.
