You will have to surrender one CDL and keep the one in your primary state of residence. You are not allowed to keep more than one CDL, in fact you are not allowed to even keep a copy of any license of that type. It's considered a form of deception.

So if you got two in your pocket, get rid of one quick. Turn it in.

Your thread topic shows CDLs in plural as in more than one in current possession, There are many state and federal types who will salviate at the possibility of going after you for that.
