Not a true statement at all.
Your signature on the ticket only acknowledges you received the ticket. It is not any admission of guilt or innocence. You can also decline to sign the ticket, I’ve done it...long story and a funny one but not for here. Anyway, you are not required to sign a ticket.

Louisiana is one of those states that will mail you a ticket. Over a year ago I was given 3 violations for parking where I wasn’t supposed to, and a month later, I received a ticket for $150. The guy gave me all the violations he could under the law: one for illegal parking, one for no four-ways, and one for no triangles outside. Now, I will just use PC if I ever get to a truck stop and there is no parking at all. The officer instructed me to use PC to the next truck stop 10 miles down the road.

I believe even if it was a warning ticket to trash your company csa score you would still have to acknowledge it by signing it. Should be good.He looked up your record and cut you a break.
