Just purchased a 48 flatbed split axle. Chains and Straps?

Having an endorsement for open deck may sound like a good idea, I don't think it would help. Look at Prime drivers... They have to go through a class after they have been out on the road with an "experienced" driver. That is certainly more through than an endorsement test would accomplish, but yet, how many of their loads do you see on the road that isn't up to snuff?
