Possible wannabe trucker, but wowza! After reading some of the threads around here I wonder what to do and where to go lol!

Living in NC and looking for good companies to train with around this area. I have a CDL B, which means nothing in trucking I know.

Everytime I think I find some good company I read a million comments about how bad it is.

Also what is the difference in a CDL "mill" and other training? What other training is there?

Sheesh, you guys help me out here.
