The HP of the engine varies based on the model of truck Falls. 379's have the strongest motors in the fleet I believe. And its not 435.

I actually went to buy a FL Classic from them a few months back, woulda done it to except my hubby was running around behind me screaming the sky is falling, and it didn't have a CAT.

My gosh that man can whine and moan when he wants to, I thought HE was the wife for a second.

But I will be leasing from Werner come next Spring, and it will be a FL Classic WITH a CAT. For the record though, I have the PB 387 now with a 435 and it actually seems to pull better then the 379 but the 379 has a 475 hp engine? Explain that?

Different TORQUE curve , son had 1 that was UPRATED to 475 and it did not pull as good as when it was set at 435 HP.
