Beautiful weather/women, great scenery, big cities and beaches nearby. Why go to ND for $20/hr? That place is boring, cold and your living with a bunch of guys.Click to expand...

I just was hired with nuverra. I start orientation next Monday. Kind of nervous to start with such a large company. I made good money hourly at my last place $27+out average 65-70 hours a week. I've got about 20 months in the bakken and I feel like hourly pay is holding me back. I'm a hustler and I want to give % a shot. The hiring process was pretty quick and easy for anyone with any kind of oilfield experience. In person app on Monday contacted on Wednesday interview on Thursday hired on Friday. Spent 15 days home flying back on Sunday for orientation on Monday. Hope they don't make me train too long I already have all certifications and am anxious to see how much I can make with them. The math is good just need to get the shifts
Vegasman Thanks this. -

Haven't heard anything about Mongoose. Sometimes that can be a good thing.
DOT seems to be scaring alot of companies into only doing 70 hours a week. Hopefully we'll see the wages going up to make up for the loss of overtimeVegasman Thanks this.
