just starting

hello, am new to the board, half way thru school and it seems to be going ok, not sure what my trainers would say. any way this is my dilema, in 2002 i had to stop working, went on a liver transplant list for 7 years, got my transplant in 2009. even though i could stay on my ssdi,i think ican work. health is very good,but i have had an organ transplant and do have unique medical cond. would just like some advise on options, my preference is to run local but am open to any thing so i can feel like a contributing member of the community again. thanks 2chance
