So are you implying that only the people that are posting negative are legit drivers?

 

Not at all....what I am implying is that every company has ambassadors and complainers. K&B is a large enough company in which you will have drivers that love it, and drivers that hate it. People often times give a company a reputation with bad reviews, then folks who have never driven there go along with it. On here, many members will criticize drivers for going to work at certain companies. They've stayed in business a long time so they've done something right. I can't speak on K&B because I've never worked there. You're only the 3rd person I've conversed with that has worked there. I have a friend who used to drive for them and he didn't say anything ill of them. From what I gather, they want guys and gals that will run, and run a lot. It seems they have the miles if you can turn them. Clock management is everything there. It seems he did pretty good there. I think he left there to go to Helwig I believe. Then another guy, didn't care for them much. He told me they relay loads a lot. Every company has a system they use to move freight. I think most drivers have a hard time adapting to the company's system and making it work for them. They want to settle in their own routines, and in trucking, you cant do that.

 

I just want to know. I don't give a rat's butt about K&B. Were you ever woken up on your 10 by messages and phone calls? If so, you cannot defend this company.

 

Are you a newer driver? If not and K&B is where you made the most money, OUCH.

 

K&B is garbage... Just look at their history and their reputation...

This year probably only about 75. Cut my hours back. Getting older.

 

You're fortunate.....you make up the smallest percentage of the industry making that amount. Many new drivers expect that but the reality is positions like that are prestigious. I'm happy for your success
