Nope sorry never signed a form like that... I WOULD REMEMBER. I'd like to see them go in and take money out of my account... think I would just sit there and go "sure no problem?" Don't bet on it.

Not trying to argue but people need to know that a company can and will go back and take money out. Google direct deposit forms and you will see the little "clause" that is on it. Not saying they always have a legal right but they sure can if you sign up for it and you legally owe the money...over payments(which is what the company will claim even if it is BS). -
well when I quit K&B they took my last paycheck back on direct deposit because as long as the check has not been fully deposited they can just take back a memo deposit before the bank accepts it totally as a deposited check..

If I was told to leave a truck on a lot UNLOCKED I'd tell whoever told me that to KMA! Dispatch would be told where to find the key! The best place is to hang it under the air cleaner inside the hood.
After reading thousands of posts on here and Ripoff my best advice to any one told to "leave" a truck anywhere is to make sure someone for the company is there, will sign off on any and all damages to the truck and any missing interior parts ESPECIALLY the plate in the FL Columbias and Centuries that covers the CB slot. The plate itself is almost $30 The trim I don't know but I bet it'ts more!
Before you EVEN put your feet into a truck when you hire on you need to DOCUMENT every litle scratch, dent , chip in windshield, paint peeling, tire debth and wear and dents in the wheels, interior INCLUDING missing and worn trim along with the condition of the seats and mattress. Use a camerra and an inspection sheet THEN get the shop manager or the person who is in charge of the L/P program to sign off on it or the person who assigned you to the truck to sign it and give them a copy. If they refuse, RUN AWAY! Very fast! Because you KNOW whats going to happen when you quit! Look at the above stories and decide if YOU would stick your neck out like this!
Why drivers think they need to remove trim because that POS Ranger won't fit into the overhead compartment is beyoud me but WHERE did the moron put it? In the trash? WHY? Along with the cover plate! And drilling holes in the dash! Geeze louise this is a $100,000+ truck and you have to treat it's like your $25,000 mobile home! I wish these companies would actually post to USISS factual reports on THESE types of drivers so they never get rehired so those of us who actually take care of anthers equipment can get into something worth sitting in! -
Saw an ad on Craigslist. Guaranteed 2500 miles a week whether you run them or not.
Never heard that one before!
I see I don't qualify as they need 1 year OTR.Last edited: Nov 29, 2009
