When you get plant moves you know they can deliver asap right?
If ur only doing 1900 miles u should be getting TONU somewhere easy $400. I'd collect the $400 all day long instead of working lol

No I'm getting alot of Walmart stuff the one day I had a load for 81 miles to Walmart then sit for hours to unload. That was my whole day. Then like I said today dropped at 0800 then give me my next load 30 miles away but can't get it until midnight. Stuff like that. It's like how do they even think that makes good sense? I know they most likely don't care because they are going home at the end of the day while we sit and wait for free. Things like this is why I can't get miles. I stopped staying out because I got tired of sitting every weekend at a truck stop not making money. I can do that at home lol
-
Yeah I understand that. Walmart loads are blah some weeks that's all I do others just plants to plants. I would try talking to terminal manager see what he can do. I get frustrated but it's more with tyson and the planning of appointment times lol. Sometimes u get lots of time other times it's go go go. Doesn't help plants are putting loads out late either.

I suspect they are getting really good rates on that shot stuff ....normally my other trucks get 1200 to 1400 on that super short stuff there they are like here's 400 .....nope I've been getting very frusterauted with my trucks performance here compared to at other accounts we have.

On a day you don't feel like working 400 is good. But a truck should average a little under 1k a day running and around $300 in diesel, less in a newer truck. Other bills come whether it runs or not. Id rather work and make 6-700 a day than sit and make 400
Ran for Scamstar for a while and averaged 1.90-2.10 to the truck.
Looked at these guys because 1.72 sounded good if it was steady and I didn't have to book loads/ home weekends, truck crapped out day 1. Would've left anyway because of the disrespectful cameras -
Short loads should pay 7-800 minimum for the time consumed. Used to see 2-300 mile loads from 650-900, some higher. Time consuming to plan so I avoided them, but for anything under 300 miles $4 a mile is not unreasonable or unheard of

If ur only getting 1.72 you must live in the boon docks.
If ur talking about the forward facing camera it doesn't bother me. In 3 years I heard from them once about something I did.
Far as miles go I'm not sure why there miles are low. All I can say is what I do which is run as many miles a day I can. Normally by day 6-7 I need a reset. I don't run recaps I just do a 34.
I also delivery asap. Plant to plant is a money maker as you drop it soon as u can and make sure dispatch knows ur eta so they can pre plan you. -
I applied. Looking at starting in a few weeks. Everything still good there? I’m hoping I get a decent dispatcher. I’d be happy with 2500 miles a week. My truck is paid for. Feel free to PM me.
-
My avg for every week this year worked or not was 23xx miles. Was something like 116,000 miles. Long as u do right by ur dispatch u should be good. Make on time delivery and get up at after 10 hours and go u will make money.
-
I got started last week. Left out on Thursday. Bumped dock twice and delivered so had 2 shorter days. Got paid good for it. Today is Wednesday. I have 3 hours left on my 70 so I’m doing a 34 hour reset. I ran 3831 miles since I left Arkansas. Can’t complain. They keep me dispatched in advance. But I do whatever is sent to me. I prefer the north so they run me there. They treated me like family when I walked in the door. Unless something unforeseen happens I’ll be here until I’m done trucking.
