A couple of years ago one popped up for sale, it was a former NBC mobile tractor, it was immaculate, had hardly any miles or wear. I love my W9 but that truck was the one that got away.
Rideandrepair and Crude Truckin' Thank this. -
That brought back some memories, father in law bought one new, black with the red/white stripes and red VIT int, think it was 444+ with a 15, almost forgot all about it, huh, must be getting old!
OLDSKOOLERnWV, Crude Truckin', TheLoadOut and 2 others Thank this. -
I owned a 85 k100 aerodyne and yeah it was cool at the time but no where near the comfort we enjoy these days .
Mine had that stupid cable shifter that you needed a pry bar to shift it with .
Rode very nice for a cab over!
Fun to look at now but no desire to drive one again .starmac, Crude Truckin', TheLoadOut and 3 others Thank this. -

I didnt notice. Then again I could see it now that you reminded me.
When I built one of those I did a forest green overall with silver fuel tank joint bands with capped black ends simulating leather covers for them. And put a playboy decal bunny up top on the sides. Pretty cheeky back in those days. Interior was that classic Gold double diamond cut.
Back when we did not offend anyone hardly.bzinger, TheLoadOut and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
They’re definitely one of my favorites. The early W9s with the same style roofs are my favorite. With 3 rows of lights, looks like a stairway, the 95,96 and up are nice, but the 92,93ish have that narrow look.Very sharp Trucks
