Several things that seem interesting here.
    1) the fire appears to go out before reigniting
2)there is no explosion until the fire truck shows up
    3) It looks like this fire group hasnt had much training about who does what.

Our local fire department has it to a science. We show up. First get a hose on the fire in 10 seconds. As that crew is working get alternate water set. Call for more crew as needed. Get this all done in first thirty seconds of being on the scene. The group in the video seem like no one is trained and they are there to celebrate a birthday on their day off.

If that truck was parked for a while, I bet it was an electrical short. Maybe a block heater/Proheat if it was cold out. If it was just parked, bet it was all that awesome emission stuff.

Nope it was the battery jumper cable connections. Pacar likes to put them on the frame right behind the left steer tire. We've had one short out but luckily it didnt start a fire. You can see in the video where the battery cable is melting and the slag is dripping to the ground.
