Yes I am a little confused also. From what I understood they took driver's that have 6 months experience and also had training. From the video's I seen on youtube there where newbie's training with other driver's unless those newbies where related to someone in the buisness.

I know two people who drove for Kaiser Transport and it's probably the worst place you could drive for. Their loads are few and far between so you'll leave the terminal with a load for the west or east coast, drop it 2 or 3 days later then sit and wait for days for another pick. While you're waiting there is absolutely NO layover pay. Not one red cent. The people I know had to quit after 6mos. because they were averaging $350 a week gross. Have fun tarping every load for a whopping $15 for several hours of hard work. Also you'll need to buy your own ladder if you want one. They come off like they're the "best of the best" drivers and they take excellent care of the drivers and their families but this couldn't bee farther from the truth given you really can't even support yourself on that kind of pay let alone a family. The owner, who is a arrogant rich ####### posts a voice message each week for the drivers full of condescending babble about making him more money as you're starving. You can wipe you're ### with the "nice equipment," who cares if you can't survive on the pay.

i make more more now driving my stripped freightliner fleet truck than I ever did when i drove fancy trucks. I hate the truck but good treatment and pay trump the truck anyday
