Well, where does one begin. The information you will receive is all truth and it's up to you to decide what you are willing to do after reading this. The Jackson Mississippi location is the snitch and b**ch location. People stand around talking and there is always a snotch in the bunch running to tell dispatchers/planners what is said for a few extra miles. The location is just a building with not much else for the driver. The drivers van looks like it has never been cleaned and if you shower and get in it be prepared to smell like booty. The company says there is a lease owner operator program which is a complete joke and misleading. The planners control what loads you see and if you refuse a load they punish you by putting your PTA out so far or say you are in the yard, so the load board is unavailable. Your miles are .95 cents per mile and the fuel surcharge goes up and down. If you happen to get over 2500 miles or a check over 1000.00 rest assured the following week will be very different. Repairs are done by incompetent individuals whose entire job is to destroy your truck just enough to drain your maintenance fund. If you keep taking it to ANY of the shops for repairs be prepared to eventually drain your maintenance account. If you miss enough truck payments they will cancel your lease, take your truck and give it to the next happy unsuspecting sucker. The Morrow, Georgia yard is a complete and utter war zone. The driver facilities are a mess, old washer and dryers, a dirt lot and no room for parking. The dispatchers there are rude and disrespectful as H**l. They will put loads on you without the option to refuse, lease o/o, and if they can make you sit a day or two as punishment. The wash bay is ALWAYS down, but they try to enforce mandatory truck/trailer washes before leaving. Well, if the junk is down and there is a dirt lot how would it be possible? The parking is so bad, yard jockeys are LAZY, no where to park. Most drivers are willing to pay 20.00 to park just to avoid this warzone. Lancaster Texas is also full of snitches. The dispatchers there are sneaky and the one in the booth when you arrive is low down and dirty for many reasons, especially women of color. He forces them to sit in the office waiting for a load, while others he calls or dispatches them in the truck while they wait. He deals with local drivers, but if you are in that yard you deal with his crazy ###. He will tag trailers for repair so he can give to the regular snitches leaving other drivers to search all over TX for a #### empty so they can get a load. The facilities isn't a big deal either. But if you out your truck in the shop they conveniently put you in a lower than motel 6 hotel. Drug infested and complimentary hoes. One hotel had a killing and they still sent drivers to the hole in the wall with no regard for their so-called important drivers. This company has no problem putting a driver in harms way. The talk is nig but the BS is bigger. They have no Volvo trucks!!! They claim they are problems, but the real deal is drivers won't let the shop touch them so they can't destroy the . The freightliner trucks are new, breaking down, and the weekly payment are around 600.00-700.00. Doug Leo is a sneaky SOB, Steve in local is his counterpart, and Doug too. If you try to get help with an issue don't expect any help they all work together. If you want to be a modern day slave then go on by KLLM. They welcome all simple minded, backstabbing snitches as well no education, intellectual abilities or integrity required. As a matter of fact if you have no moral character they will greet you with open arms, but when they no longer need you they find a way to get rid of you.

So ummm when did they start not having enough loads for company drivers ....i guess this company guy getting them all huh? Because I average 2500-3400 miles a week...stop with the bs about loads...just say your husband got in that owner operator program and failed because his ### didn't wanna run certain loads or didn't wanna be in bad weather( of its too bad pull over)...all that extra stuff u said is irrelevant...

You know, the profit margin in the trucking industry isn't as thick as many like to believe. Which brings me to the question. If all of these companies commonly treat the drivers, equipment, and more importantly, the customers the way so many drivers on these threads claim they do, how do they stay in business? I don't think they would. I am beginning to think it is many of the "drivers" that have the issues, not the companies. I've worked for 5 trucking companies in my career. Some great, some not so great. But none of them were like guys on these threads claim companies are. Have I been lucky? Do I just pick them well? Or are many drivers just incompetent morons who will never be successful anywhere? Who knows.

I started at KLLM in 2016 (Jackson MS area) and I must say that only good about them is that they will help you get your CDL.However, they will take your money and starve you nearly to death.. It is true they are a bunch of crooks…
