You can set whichever time zone you want in the admin website...

 

So do you have to switch your home time zone every time you go to different time zone?

 

No I set it to eastern and the thing stays on eastern regardless of my actual location.

 

Mine went to Eastern Yesterday and it was set on Central. Then in the morning it was set on Central and messed my 10 Hour up. They still have not told me why it is messed up or how to fix it. I got some paper logs and filled out for rest of the day. But looks like I am gonna have same problem tomorrow.

Does your phone change the time when you enter a new time zone? Mine used to but there's a setting (I'm on android) to force it to stay on NYC time or whichever you want. That might be screwing it up. Although it really shouldn't..

I just have to remember for appointments in other time zones to convert it in my own head to whatever that time is for eastern.

 

Yes mine does auto time change so I don't miss a scheduled appointment. That is why it changed yesterday with the time change. I might have to change phone back to stay in central time zone.

 

Give that a try see if it resolves itself.

Don't forget when you force your phone onto one time zone that also means your alarm clocks will ring in the time zone it's set for..
