When we first started using the Keep Trucking ELD we had some issues. Calls were answered promptly, by native English speakers. We made an appointment for a phone call when we could be at the truck (long story), and they called on the dot. They sent us a replacement out when the trouble shooting session didn't solve the problem -- even though it later turned out to be a truck (power) issue.
KT may not be perfect, but their support is considerably better than I expected. I'm calling BS.
