    Welllllll, we do paper logs for ours. We could be picking up as far as California from Ohio. We are exempt from ELD's on the trucks we are delivering but not if we use a vehicle to tow it back. I only had a half cup, I feel your pain.

    Nobody has to use the sleeper berth unless they are doing a split break. A lot of drivers use hotels. But if you do use the sleeper berth, your log should show it.
