Keeping Product warm with coolant?

    Is there a way on a Freightliner to plumb the engine coolant back through the steam lines in order to keep the product that you're hauling warm?

    No. That is why in the winter you must drive extremely fast so you can get to your receiver before your product freezes.

    I'm sure there's a way
    We have some trucks set up for in transit heat
    But they're Peterbilts

    yes we do it all the time hauling potatoes

    Yes. Many tanker trucks are set up this way. Does not matter what make of truck.
