I'm Glad you had a good experience with KEIM and their trainers, I was told by one of their drivers that that the recruiting department has had a complete turnover and that is likely a big reason you are happy there. It was their trainers I didn't like, it always had to be their way (I'm not talking about the driving, I went there with experience and no one had a problem with by driving) I'm talking about the day to day living and getting along with someone who likes to a dictator. KEIM TS it self may or may not be a good Company, it's employee's are it's representatives just as we all are. THAT IS WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT!

Can't say keim yA is bad or good for myself but I have loaded with there drivers at the lumber yard in harrisonville mo and used to park next to one on home time in gardner I've never heard bad from there drivers except for a few complaining about the trainers I've heard they can be a pain but if you live in Kansas with little experience it ain't gonna get much better but if you have some experience and live in Kansas I can refer you to a pretty good company in Kansas that freight stays steady year round and for what I see so far they treat you pretty good

What is the pay scale by mileage or by the load?

maybe your mistake was typing or talking like a seven year old.

the original post:
if your expecting to find the "perfect company" keep looking. EVERY company, not just trucking companies, but every company has issues and people who complain. it just seems like this guy is mad because he didn't get the job.Last edited: Mar 16, 2015

10-4 wasn't sure who it was directed to. I was just looking for pay scale answers.

You're fairly new here, so just a word of advice: the moderators will tolerate a lot, but one thing they don't abide by is attacking someone's grammar or phonics. Tread lightly, sir.Lonesome Thanks this.

I think mileage is .40-.46 by experience, but you have the choice between mileage or percentage. Percentage has a similar scale by experience.mikesta69 Thanks this.
