also driver said they still use paper logs and are not looking at switching to e logs.. Not sure if that is good or bad for a new driver?

 

Must be lowes loads they are pulling mostly

 

It's not bad to be on paper some days I wish I was lol like now. But at some point all trucks will be elogs

 

what does it matter dont you supposed to log it legal as it happens,paper or e-log?

 

any driver including me that has got a chance to run paper will tell you all day we would take a paper over elog anyday. I am a company driver and just don't get many chances to run paper unfortunately. If you ever get a chance to run paper you will get why.

 

Maybe I should just unplug it

It was a question.. and I did not know that companies still used paper logs for anything more than back up to the e logs..

 

Thanks I was surprised when this driver told me that as I did not know that they were used as anything but a back up or when e logs went down..
