His name is shotta. Which is Jamaican slang for gangster. Makes me wonder how he dressed and acted for his interview. Maybe it wasn't because you were black but more so how you presented yourself. I see to many black people pulling the race card when the color of their skin had nothing to do with it. Instead it was the fact that they dressed inappropriately, spoke with slang and were just generally making a buffoon of themselves.

I would also think that popping up on this forum to call out a former employer, then decide you want to work for KA, post all over any KA thread that you are going to work for them before you actually get the job has Karma written all over it.

 

It's easy to see why they didn't hire you and it doesn't have a thing to do with being black. A good starting place would be to actually know the name of the company.

First of all to all u people who replyed with nonsense. For starters I dressed up in a shirt and tie and slacks . Secondly I spoke proper and I am not pulling a race card look at the facts when have u seen a kean adavantge driver in Ohio that was a different race. Know your facts that's the problem with a lot of truckers they rush to judgement and don't know any facts . That's why I'm home everyday making 70,000 a year on a five day work week all benefits with a company called air products .
