    I've been with them 3yrs I work in Charlotte nc I do OK but watching what goes on I hate I came here and I hate I referred my friend here . i witnessed corporate entrapment and they don't equip dispatchers with tools to succeed and blames them when there's a problem its a very uncomfortable environment sad to say the only good is driver pay

    What company does have any loyalty? Drivers are a dime a dozen these days, 1 driver leaves/fired, there's many many available to take the place

    Alot of companies are like that now, lower end of the food chain positions like drivers, dispatchers, shop etc are set up so the middle management has a scapegoat when there blow hard positions come under the microscope.

    Guess I was fooling myself thinking a place for retirement can't keep drivers in Charlotte how many times will a place get rid of drivers dispatch and manager before they realize its the culture of the hire up. It hard to do your job when its more often this tense

    Most likely result in a deeply sincere sounding response to the individual expressing concerns over the issues brought up and how they want everyone to be happy and not feel they should have to write an anonymous letter. After this response another letter will go out to the lower peon management from the CEO stating what a good job they are doing and if they keep it up a raise may be in order. Seen it many times. These companies don't care about anyone as long as they're running around in fear for there job they figure it will keep them in order

    Write the letter. I wrote one to the CEO of US Xpress & Chase bank. Worked both times.
