I think they just waiting on Job history reports to come back

    Back ground
    Etc

I think if it were the heart rate thing they would have had told you by now .. It's not the problem . I just think it's the job stuff etc ..

    Update !!!

Bad bad week for me .. At trimac
I set at home the entire week in hopes I get a load on Tuesday

Let me say to anyone who is considering trimac

This is just my terminal and not a Trimac picture they have lots of freight and lots of miles .

My terminal is just stupid and is union and goes off seniority dispatch as the next to bottom guy I get hardly no pic or any loads when it gets down to me ... Trimac outside of my terminal is first in first out so don't let my bad week discourage you it's like I said just my terminal and mine is the only one in trimac that's like this we are the only union terminal in the entire company
So you won't be effected by stuff like this

    I hate unions ... But I like Trimac ...

So I'm gonna try to stick it out a bit longer and see if my miles go up I got options
I called corporate yesterday about this terminal Im at

    1. Transfer
    2. Quit

I'm leaning towards transferring because I like the company but I have an opportunity to go back to one of my old jobs if need be at QC
But again I'm gonna try to stick it out with trimac ... Just 90% sure it will be at a non union terminal which is ALL or ANY except mine

I'll keep u updated as always

But again trimac is still good just dont go to branch
022 in Calvert city KY it's a day care for union cry babies and you will sit as I have

Trimac will work with you and see you succeed on either side O/O or company so you have support and I'm glad ...

That's the plan ... Or go to QC ..

The terminal manager here wants me to stay but it's like you said it won't change ... The TM and all office are non union
The only union is the drivers ... Sad

    U get a 10 am and 2 pm dispatch and that's it
    And Its all seniority

I'm beginning to wonder though. They told me originally (recruiter) it was a dedicated Nipsco account Monday-Friday. Now after I talked with them and did paperwork, it might be a Monday/Tuesday off working weekends 2 pm-2 am shifts. She also told me once I filled out the paperwork that Wed. (made a special trip after work) that she would have a training number for me before I even went for my agility test. I still haven't heard anything. I am thinking about maybe just staying at Troyer.

If nothing pans out by Wednesday of next week I'd say I'd agree with you
But give them the holiday week end and then 2 days

If nothing I'd start to wonder also

Could be they just don't know what they are doing at that terminal .. Logistically as far as getting a driver on ...

They do seem somewhat unorganized, but they have a lot of new business coming and that is why they need drivers. Hope things pickup on your side. Have a good holiday.

    It should

Ive decided to stick it out with Trimac and go with the flow here in Calvert a few more weeks ... However got a email from corporate that said , if I'm not satisfied in a few weeks that I could transfer to the Louisville KY terminal or even Gismer LA. And still use the Calvert Terminal as my home base in order to get out of the union ...

    I'm averaging 1.40 all miles

    Not counting

    8% bonus
    Deep fuel discounts
Resets / Deimurge / Delays / Tank Washes

    All figured in

I'd have to say my Avg would be
    1.60-1.63

    Fuel discount = 5-6 CPM
    Bonus = 12 CPM
    Then the rest As stated

So I don't think I can go wrong staying

    like clay… +++ Thanks this.
