kenworth 2007 gauges and dash light problems

I have the same issue on a 2015 T660. Keeps blowing fuses every so often. Took to dealer 1st time said it was a open circuit Then it happened again took back and they can’t figure issue they claim it maybe the harness coming into Dash. I doubt that not everyone’s wire harness can be defective Seems like all of these T600 & T660 has the same issue. There should be a recall on these models. Did anyone get a update on problem?

 

Well the 2015 t660 is a totally different truck then the t600. open circuits don't blow fuses, grounded ones do. what fuses are blowing? the 2015 inside lights are controlled by the cecu, outside lights go through the chassis node, there are a few places to check but more info will help narrow it down.

 

I have a 2007 Kenworth T600 and instrument panel just went out... no rpms no engine hrs mileage everything completely out including lights... all other gauges work fine its just the central instrument panel that went out. Any one know what it could be? All fuses and relays good. Is it the instrument panel it self or CECU?

 

I have the same problem in my 2018 W900. I also have no windshield wipers, Jake is on but inoperative, cruise is on but inoperative, ac system working, gauges are all working except speedometer and tachometer display, fifth wheel lock light is on but switch is off, axle inter lock light is on switch is off and starter won’t engage with the key. Also Engine (CAT 2WS) is performing fine.Took it to dealer, definitely over my head with that one

 

07 t800 having exact same issues but air supply gauges are reading very high(verified not as high as reading), acquaintance at KW dealer says may need an update in the ecu.

 

Did you figure out the problem with the guages/dash lights failure. Having the same problem. Have changed all fuses & relays. Traced all wiring. Changed ICU box????

 

Do you know if the ECU requires any adapters to be use with the trucks harness?
