Kenworth K100 weight?

    It was a super 10 which i prefer over the "regular" road ranger 10sp. i don't remember the rear end ratio but it could not have been lower than 4.10. i'm thinking it was 3.21-3.80ish.


    2) As far as i know, the individual axle weights are calculated seperately----if you look at a scale there are seperate pads for each group of axles. And of course from this all 3 groups can be added up to calculate total gross weight of the entire rig. So, yes, i believe aluminum wheels would help reduce the weight of each individual axle/tandems as well as keep gross weight down as well.

    I think they only made 650 or so 372 over the production run. still see a few running the road every now and then.

    That's because they(peterbilt) have no spine.

    So... since they didn't make all that many 372's. I wonder about a 362 with a roof fairing? Been trying to track down the width of the cabs on these cabovers. It sounds like the wider the cab, the less wind the trailer sees.

    How thick is the fiberglass on those roof farings anyway, I'm a boat builder by trade...
