Kenworth nav+ WiFi hotspot activation

Hi, I just have a general question my Kenworth W990 has the NAV plus system with a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. I cannot find any information on being able to activate this hotspot with service. Whether it be the Kenworth website or a generic Google search. Does anyone else have this system and how do you go about activating it? What carrier supplies it? thanks and I appreciate your help
