I would love to find a place where I can view the parts fiche/diagrams but I can't find anything anywhere. I did manage to find Kenworth's Online Parts Counter but you have to be an actual fleet to gain access. What does everyone else do for parts, diagrams and availability?

Call the Stealership, ask them for the part numbers, have them email you the diagrams, etc.

    JimmyWells Thanks this.

Thanks. The problem is I don't always know what the name of the part I'm looking for is to tell them. Having access to the fiche helps me look that stuff up.

I'm suprised truck mfgs haven't started putting all their parts and service manuals online yet. A ton of equipment manufacturers are going that route now.

    JimmyWells Thanks this.

As a previous auto mechanic, I'm used to having that option as well as aftermarket support. Now that I'm delving heavily into the heavy equipment realm I've found this issue to be a stumbling block.
